FEGVE Refund and Returns Policy 退货与退款政策
Overview
At FEGVE, we stand behind the quality of our titanium products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in unused and resalable condition. Items that are customized, engraved, or show signs of use cannot be accepted due to the nature of our products.
FEGVE 承诺每一件钛合金产品都经过精工打造。自商品签收之日起 14 天内,若您对商品不满意,可申请退货退款或换货,前提是商品保持未使用、可二次销售的状态。定制、刻字商品或已使用商品恕不接受退货。

2. How to Return / 退货流程(图文指引)
Step 1: Contact Us / 联系客服
Do NOT ship the item back without authorization.
未经授权请勿直接寄回商品。
- Action: Email us at support@fegve.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
- 动作:发送邮件至 Fegve68@gmail.com,提供订单号及退货原因。
- Visual Tip: Use an icon of an envelope or a customer service headset.
Step 2: Wait for RMA / 等待授权
- Action: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address (varies by region).
- 动作:我们将邮件回复退货授权号(RMA) 及对应的退货仓库地址(因地区而异)。
- Visual Tip: Use an icon of a barcode or a checklist.
Step 3: Pack & Ship / 打包寄回
- Action: Securely pack the item in its original box. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless it’s a quality defect.
- 动作:将商品用原包装妥善打包,在包裹外明显处标注 RMA 号,寄回指定地址。若非质量问题,退货运费需由您承担。

Step 4: Refund / 退款处理
动作:我们收到退货并检验无误后(5个工作日内),将退款至原支付账户。请注意:首发的物流运费不予退还。
3. Important Notes / 重要注意事项
Lost Packages / 包裹丢失:We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without a valid tracking number. Please use a trackable shipping service. 对于未提供有效追踪号而丢失的退货包裹,我们概不负责。请务必使用可追踪的物流服务。
Inspection is Key / 品相检查:Due to the high-value and scratch-sensitive nature of titanium, items with any signs of use, wear, or disassembly will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense. 由于钛合金价值高且易留划痕,若商品出现任何使用痕迹、磨损或拆解迹象,我们将拒收并退回,相关费用由客户承担。
Refund Method / 退款方式:Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Store credit or exchange can be arranged faster if preferred. 退款将原路退回至支付账户。若选择店铺余额(Store Credit) 或换货,处理速度更快。

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
